A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance due 8 weeks before arrival. A good Housekeeping deposit is required. This security deposit varies depending on: period of stay, number and type (adults/children) of occupants.
The total amount will be returned to you in one week time after check out, once the house has been supervised.
